LA coming soon! Lots of new things!

On June 7th, 2010, Heights cast members threw a benefit for Equity fights AIDS and a local charity in San Francisco. It was extremely moving and quite inspirational. It was fun to hear everyone SANG and material that is NOT the show. I filmed a LOT of it, but not everything because my flip died :( As a group we sang we are the world, like a prayer and will you be there. It was really meaningful to me to sing Michael songs, in lieu of his passing, at a benefit--where love and giving is always in the air.

The reception immediately following was warm and full of energy. Everyone was expressing themselves and telling cast members and soloists how much their songs meant to them. It was a breath of fresh air and something I needed right before vacation. On the Sunday before I left, I did a W1/w2 split track. It was BONKERS!!!!! It was difficult, but our team got through it. I was a little bit scared but I'm proud I pulled through.

Tired and sleep deprived, I arrived in South Carolina the evening after the benefit to my running 6 year old niece, Malea. I am so glad to be on VACATION and cant wait to upload my videos and pictures from the passing events!!! :)
